Landis OKs water, sewer bondsLANDIS — The board of aldermen pushed the necessity for more than $6 million in water/sewer bonds and it seems the voters agreed, approving the bonds Tuesday. Landis voters were asked on the ballot to approve a $6.7 million bond. Of that, the town will spend $4.5 million on its water system and $2.2 million on its sewer system. Just more than 90 percent of those voting approved the water bonds and about the same percentage approved the sewer bonds.
